When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

Artist's Comments--Works best on FireFox-- Well ive given up now... There was more of it coloured but my imageready just keeps crashing every 10 seconds when i try to add anything to it.. so this is my final piece for my college project.... it could have been better, but it was fun trying animation.... I had no lessons in it.. i just sort of winged it XD as its very noticable, but I learnt from it. Its only about 9 frames a second. 8C i was gonna bulk it out but i didnt have enough time.. it was technicly due last week... ah well, i tried. XD --- 72 frames - all drawn on paper first, started colouring on photoshop but the computers couldnt take it XD --- Big S, Eugene, Nancy & Astaire (Wingdings) (c) Me Comments
I'll be honest with you, I prefer the sketched frames than the colored. I don't know why, really, but I do.
I especially like Eugene at the end, when he's being picked up by Big S. 8D -- "3044 sneezed; I sneezed back in response." - ??? "Oh my, Yakko, is that some baloney in your slacks or are you just happy to see me?" - Arbok |

The only thing is the walk cycle Raygirl mentioned and the dimensions of Eugene's face as when he turned it kind of went off model a little.
Though it inspires me to work at my summer projects this year. This is a good example of how much progress someone can make if they just put their mind to it.
My only concern is the walk cycles at the beginning (especially the stork) but walk cycles are a BITCH to animate, especially if the characters aren't human and not constrained by normal preportions.
I love Nancy's reactions, I think they're my favorite part. I'm not sure what the settings of this scene are but some lovely hand painted backgrounds would add a full 200% to the quality of this film
